Character Strengths
At Bassetts Farm Primary School, our Character Strengths help children develop the qualities they need to learn well, build positive relationships and thrive both now and in the future.
Our Character Strengths are woven throughout school life. Children learn what each strength means, recognise when they are using it and understand how different strengths can help them to overcome challenges, make good choices and achieve their goals.
Through our curriculum, assemblies, enrichment opportunities and everyday experiences, we actively teach, model and celebrate these strengths. Our aim is for every child to leave Bassetts Farm with the confidence, character and skills to make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.
