All appointments are for the same length. Please be prompt for your meeting as it will not be possible to reschedule. If you are late joining the meeting, then the time will be shortened.
How do I make an appointment?
On Monday DATE you will receive an email from the school that will contain a link to the booking. Select a time that suits you. You should only book 1 appointment per child,
FACE TO FACE MEETINGS:
Face to Face meeting will take place in your child's classroom. You should wait by the outside door to be let into the school. Please do not attend if you are unwell or have any symptoms of COVID. Please wear a facemask within the classroom. Tables will be wiped down in between sets of parents.
ONLINE MEETINGS:
How do I log into the meeting?
24 hours before your meeting, you will receive a link that will take you directly to the meeting. At the time of your appointment, click on the JOIN button.
How long is the meeting?
The meeting time is set for 8 minutes for each child. You will see a timer on the screen to let you know how much time is left. At the end of the allocated time, the meeting will end. If you join late for the meeting, the timer will already have begun.
Do I have to have my video on?
There is an option to switch off the video if your prefer, however, it is much nicer for us to see who we are talking with.
What happens if I get cut off?
You can simply re join using the same link.
